Delete Your Account
Deflect Ball Online on Android (com.ballgumgames.deflectballonline) and in the
browser ·
Developer: Ballgum Games · Updated 29 September 2026
You can delete your Deflect Ball Online account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it: from inside the game, or by sending us a request from this page if you no longer have the game installed. Both work for the Android app and for the browser version on CrazyGames.
Option 1 — From inside the game
Open Deflect Ball Online and go to Settings
The gear button on the main menu.
Tap Delete my account
It sits at the bottom of the Settings screen, under the account section.
Confirm
You will be shown what is about to be lost and asked to confirm once. The account is closed the moment you do — it can no longer be played — and the game closes itself (in the browser, the page reloads). It is deleted 14 days later. Nothing else is needed from you, and no email is required.
Option 2 — By email (no app needed)
If you have already uninstalled the game, or cannot sign in, send us a deletion request. Use the button below and it will open a message with everything we need already written out.
Email a deletion request support@ballgumgames.com
Please tell us:
- your player name, exactly as it appears in the game;
- whether you signed in with Google Play Games, with CrazyGames, or played as a guest;
- your device model, or the browser you played in, which helps us find the right account.
We aim to confirm the request promptly and to complete it within the period applicable law requires, and in any case within a reasonable time. We may ask you for something that reasonably shows the account is yours before we act on it — a stranger should not be able to delete your account by knowing your player name.
What gets deleted
You have 14 days to change your mind
A deletion request closes your account at once and deletes it 14 days later. If you open the game again during those days we ask whether you want to keep it, and restoring it puts the account back exactly as it was. If you signed in with Google Play Games or CrazyGames you can do that on any device; if you played as a guest, only on the device or browser you played on, with the game still installed and the browser data not cleared — a guest account has nothing else to identify it by.
After the 14 days there is no undo. We do not reopen or restore deleted accounts, so please be sure.
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your account and sign-in token | Closed immediately, deleted after 14 days. It cannot be played from the moment you confirm. Once it is deleted the token stops working, so the game can never sign back in to it. |
| Your player name | Released when the account is deleted. It stays reserved during the 14 days, so it is still yours if you restore the account. |
| Google Play Games, Google or CrazyGames account link | Detached when the account is deleted. That account is then no longer connected to anything of ours, and you can use it to start a completely new account. |
| Progress, level, statistics, items, gold and gems | Kept during the 14 days, lost with the account. Restoring brings them all back; after the deletion they are no longer accessible to you, to other players or through the game, and we do not restore or transfer them. |
| Email address, if you linked one | Marked deleted and detached when the account is deleted. It can no longer be used to sign in, to link an account, or for anything else. |
What we keep, and for how long
Three things survive a deletion, and we would rather say so plainly than let you find out later:
- An abuse-prevention record. A limited internal record connected with the closed account stays in restricted internal storage — including identifiers such as the IP address and device identifier, and the records we need to keep our accounts, statistics and anti-abuse systems consistent. This exists for one reason: in a multiplayer game, "delete the account" would otherwise be the easiest way to evade a ban and come straight back. It is never used for advertising, profiling or contacting you, and where it does not defeat that purpose we reduce or obscure what we hold. We keep it for as long as it is needed for security, anti-cheat, fraud prevention and legal claims.
- Bug reports and messages you sent us. These describe a problem in the game rather than a person, so we keep them to fix what they report.
- Purchase records. If you ever bought something in the game, or received a free item through Google Play, the record of that purchase stays with us — which product it was, when it arrived and the Google Play identifiers for it. We are required to keep it for accounting and tax, and we need it to answer a refund or chargeback that Google raises after the account is gone. It contains no card or payment details; those were never ours to hold.
If you want the residual record removed as well, ask us at support@ballgumgames.com. We will delete it unless we still need it to enforce a ban, prevent abuse, meet an accounting or tax obligation, comply with the law, or defend a legal claim.
