Terms of Service
Applies to Deflect Ball Online on Android (com.ballgumgames.deflectballonline)
and in the browser ·
Effective 29 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Ballgum Games for playing Deflect Ball Online. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not play: uninstall the game and delete your account.
The game is offered as an Android app through Google Play and as a browser version on CrazyGames. These terms apply to both. When you play through Google Play or on CrazyGames, that platform's own terms — Google Play’s or CrazyGames’ — also apply to your use of it.
1. Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account — older, if the country you live in sets a higher age for agreeing to online services on your own. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the game. We may refuse or close an account where we reasonably believe this section is not met.
2. Your account
- An account is created for you automatically on first launch: in the Android app through Google Play Games or as a guest account tied to that installation, and in the browser version through your CrazyGames account or as a guest account tied to that browser. You have no ownership right in the account itself.
- A guest account lives on one device or browser. If you uninstall the game, reset your device or clear its data or your browser data without linking an account first, that account and everything on it is gone, and we have no obligation to restore it.
- Accounts in the Android app and in the browser version are separate. Progress, items and currency do not move between them.
- You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Do not share it, sell it, buy one, or transfer it — accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Player names are provided for use in the game and remain subject to our control. We may change, reclaim or remove a name that impersonates somebody, is offensive, misleads other players, or is otherwise objectionable, and we may limit how often a name can be changed. In the browser version, a signed-in player's name is their CrazyGames username and is changed on CrazyGames rather than in the game.
- We may close or reclaim accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, where reasonably practicable after notice.
3. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and play Deflect Ball Online for your own private entertainment. The game and everything in it — code, art, sounds, characters, names and marks — remain ours or our licensors'. You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the game, except where mandatory law allows it regardless of this agreement. The game is delivered as an online service and may require updates; if you do not install an update, some or all of the game may stop working.
4. In-game items and currency
- Gold, gems, characters, swords and every other item are a limited, revocable licence to use a feature inside the game. They are not your property, they have no monetary value and no value outside the game, and they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred out of the game.
- Balancing is part of a live game. We may at any time change prices, drop rates, odds, rewards, item statistics and availability, and may add, withdraw, reset, remove or replace items and currency, without notice and without compensation or refund.
- Some items are obtained through a randomised unlock. It is paid for in gold, which is earned by playing and cannot be bought with real money, and every item you do not already own in that slot has exactly the same chance of being drawn — rarity is a visual grade and carries no weight in the draw, and the same item is never drawn twice. If we ever change those odds, or allow a randomised unlock to be paid for with anything bought for real money, we will publish the odds in the game before it goes live.
- The game is free to play. Where it offers in-app purchases, they are made through Google Play, which is the seller of record: payment, taxes, receipts, refunds and chargebacks are handled by Google under Google Play’s terms and its refund policy, and not by us. Refund requests go to Google Play, not to this address.
- What you buy is credited to your game account rather than to your device, and arrives once Google confirms the purchase — you have to be signed in for it to reach you. Everything above applies to it: it is a licence to use a feature, it is not property, it has no monetary value outside the game, and it cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Gems can be spent in the game, for example on items or on an ad-free period. An ad-free period runs for the stated time from the moment you buy it, whether or not you play, and while it runs the game shows no ads on your account — including the optional rewarded ads, so rewards that need an ad are not available during it. A new period bought while one is running is added to its end.
- Rewards for watching an optional ad are paid only once the advertising partner confirms the ad was watched, are subject to daily limits, and may be unavailable when no ad can be shown — for example when an ad blocker is on or no ad is available in your region. We are not obliged to pay a reward that was not confirmed, and we may change or end ad rewards at any time.
- If a purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, we may withdraw what it paid for. Currency you bought may already have been spent, so this can leave the balance on your account below zero until it is earned or bought again, and the items it was spent on may stay with you or be removed. Repeated or abusive refunds may also cost you the account under section 6.
- Items and currency we give away free — daily login rewards, promotional gifts, and the Google Play pre-registration reward — are gifts and not purchases. They cost nothing, they are not refundable, and nothing here promises they will keep being offered.
- If your account is closed — by you, or by us under these terms — the items and currency on it are lost and are not refunded or compensated.
5. Rules of play
While playing Deflect Ball Online you agree not to:
- cheat, or use hacks, bots, modified clients, memory editors, macros, emulated input or any other tool or method that gives you an advantage the game does not;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them — if you find one, the feedback form in the menu is the right place for it;
- attack, overload, probe, scrape or reverse engineer our servers, or send traffic to our API other than through the unmodified game client;
- use a name or any other text to harass, threaten, impersonate, advertise, or post unlawful, hateful or otherwise objectionable content;
- deliberately ruin matches for other players, evade a ban or suspension, or run multiple accounts to do either;
- sell, buy, trade or advertise accounts, items or currency;
- use the game for anything unlawful, or in breach of the sanctions or export rules that apply to you.
Chat and player reports
The chat in a match is for talking to the other players in it, and you are asked to accept these terms before you can send a message. Messages go to everyone in the match and are recorded by our servers. We do not review messages before they appear and we are not responsible for what other players write, but you can block a player so that you no longer see their messages, and report a player from the Players list in the match menu. A report includes that player's recent messages and the chat around them; we review reports and act on them under section 6. Using reports to harass another player, or sending reports you know to be false, is itself a breach of these rules. An automatic filter masks words we block before other players see a message; it is not perfect, and a message getting past it does not mean it is allowed.
Ranked play and leaderboards
Ranked play gives you a rating and a tier that go up and down with your results, and runs in seasons. At the end of a season ratings may be reset or reduced, and any season rewards are the gifts described in section 4. When a leaderboard is shown, your player name, tier and rating can appear on it for every player to see. Ratings are an in-game measure, not an entitlement: we may change how they are calculated, and we may correct, reset or remove a rating, or remove a player from a leaderboard, where we believe it was reached through cheating, win trading, abandoning matches, a bug or a breach of these rules.
6. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have broken these rules, or that your account is involved in cheating, fraud or abuse, we may take any action we consider appropriate: resetting statistics, removing items or currency, restricting features, suspending the account, or terminating it permanently — with or without notice, and without refund or compensation. We may also act to protect the service, our players or our rights. If you believe a decision was wrong, write to support@ballgumgames.com with your player name; we will review it, but the outcome is at our discretion and our decision is final.
7. Feedback you send us
When you send a bug report, suggestion or other feedback through the game or by email, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable right to use, copy, modify and build on it for any purpose, without payment, credit or confidentiality. Please do not send us confidential information — a feedback form is not the place for it. The same applies to any content you make visible in the game, such as a player name or a chat message.
8. The service, and its availability
Deflect Ball Online is an online game: it needs our servers to work, and we do not promise uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free service. Matches can drop, servers are restarted for maintenance and updates, and we may add, change, limit, suspend or remove any part of the game — including features, modes, servers, regions, accounts, progress and content — at any time, without notice and without liability.
The game, or parts of it, may be offered as a beta or early-access build. Beta builds are experimental: they may break, and progress, statistics, items and currency earned in them may be reset or removed at any time. We may also stop operating the game altogether; if we do, we will give notice in the game or on this site where reasonably practicable. We have no obligation to provide support, and any support we do provide is offered as a courtesy.
9. Ending this agreement
You can end it at any time by deleting your account — here is how — and uninstalling the game. We may suspend or terminate your access and this agreement at any time if you break these terms, if we reasonably suspect abuse or risk to the service, or if we discontinue the game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including items and currency, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and the general terms — continue to apply.
10. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the conduct of other players, for your device, network, browser or app store, for any third-party service or platform the game connects to, or for the content of ads shown by advertising partners and the products they advertise. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited by agreement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ballgum Games, its owners, staff and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for loss of profit, goodwill, data, progress, items, currency, or the cost of substitute services, however caused and on any theory of liability. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the game or these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid for the game and its in-app purchases in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) USD 100 or its equivalent in your local currency. These limits apply even if we were advised that such damage was possible, and they do not exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Your responsibility to us
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold Ballgum Games harmless against claims, losses, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the game, or your infringement of somebody else's rights.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game changes. The effective date at the top always says which version is current, and where a change materially affects you we will give notice in the game or on this site where reasonably practicable. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not accept them, stop playing and delete your account.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction — except where the law of your country of residence gives you, as a consumer, the right to rely on your local law or to bring a claim before your local courts. Before starting any formal proceedings, please write to support@ballgumgames.com so we have a chance to resolve the matter. To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the game must be brought within one year of the event it relates to.
15. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the game. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the provision is applied as far as it lawfully can be. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer this agreement to another company as part of a sale, merger or reorganisation; you may not transfer it. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are written in English; a translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version governs.
