Pre-Registration Reward Terms

Applies to Deflect Ball Online (com.ballgumgames.deflectballonline) on Google Play · Effective 20 September 2026

Ballgum Games is offering a free in-game reward to players who pre-register for Deflect Ball Online on Google Play. These terms explain what the reward is, who receives it and how it is delivered. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where this page and the Terms of Service disagree about the reward, this page applies.

1. The reward

The reward is the Founder’s Sword — an exclusive cosmetic sword for your character in Deflect Ball Online. It changes how your character looks and nothing else: it gives no advantage in a match, no extra damage, speed, score or currency.

The Founder’s Sword is not sold in the game’s store and cannot be won from the unlock roll. It is granted through this pre-registration offer, and we may also make it available later through in-game events, seasons or other free in-game offers. It will never be sold for money, and players who received it through this offer keep it either way.

2. Who receives it

• You pre-registered for Deflect Ball Online on Google Play, in a country or region where the pre-registration campaign was offered, before the campaign ended.
• You did not cancel that pre-registration before the game was released.
• You install and open Deflect Ball Online using the same Google account you pre-registered with, and you sign in to that Google account in the game.
• You are at least 13 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, as required by our Terms of Service.
• Your account is in good standing and is not banned or suspended.

The reward is tied to a Google account, not to a device. Playing as a guest, signing in with a different Google account, or playing on a platform other than Google Play will not receive it.

3. How it is delivered

Delivery normally happens the first time you open the game after release. It can take longer if you are offline, if Google Play has not finished processing the release in your country, or if our servers are temporarily unavailable; in that case the game retries on its own each time you open it, and you do not need to do anything.

4. One reward per account

The Founder’s Sword is granted once per Google account and once per game account. Owning it twice is not possible, and pre-registering from several accounts or devices does not produce several rewards. The reward has no expiry date: once it is on your account it stays there for as long as the account exists.

5. What the reward is not

• It is a limited, revocable licence to use a cosmetic feature inside the game, in the same way as every other in-game item. It is not your property.
• It has no monetary value and no value outside the game. It cannot be exchanged for money, gems, gold or any other item, and it cannot be sold, traded, gifted or transferred to another account.
• It is not refundable, and it is not compensation for anything.
• If your account is closed or deleted — by you, or by us under our Terms of Service — the reward is lost with the rest of the account and is not restored or compensated.

6. If we cannot deliver it

If Deflect Ball Online is not released on Google Play, or is withdrawn before release, no reward is delivered and no alternative, substitute or compensation is owed to anyone.

If the Founder’s Sword itself becomes impossible to deliver for a technical or legal reason, we may replace it with a different in-game item of equivalent or greater value. We may also change the appearance, name, statistics or availability of the item after it has been delivered, as part of the ordinary balancing and maintenance of a live game.

7. Fair play

We may withhold or remove the reward from an account that obtained it through fraud, automated pre-registration, account trading, or any other abuse of this offer, and from an account that is banned for cheating or for breaching our Terms of Service. We will not remove the reward from an account that received it legitimately.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update this page — for example to correct an error or to reflect a change in how the reward is delivered — and the date at the top will change with it. We will not use an update to take away a reward that has already been delivered to a player who met the conditions above.

9. Google’s role

Pre-registration and the delivery of the reward are provided through Google Play. This offer is made by Ballgum Games and not by Google: Google is not a sponsor of it and is not responsible for it. Your use of Google Play is governed by Google’s own terms. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live. Nothing here limits a right you have under a law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
